Astrid’s real estate career was shaped by her 20-year journey as an internationally published travel journalist and underwater photographer, during which she explored some of the world’s most remote and breathtaking places. With a passion for country and lifestyle real estate, Astrid has successfully sold hay, hemp, fruit, berry, and coffee farms; cattle ranches; horse properties; country homes and estates; building lots and off-grid retreats; open land; recreational land; ocean-view and lakefront properties; and rural commercial spaces. An Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), licensed drone operator, and e-PRO®, Astrid holds broker licenses in multiple states. She founded Cowboy Country Realty in Nevada, launched United Country Real Estate franchises in Nevada and Hawaii, and has worked with luxury brands like Engel & Völkers and Keller Williams.
